Henry Chantler is a furniture and object designer with a determination to leave the world a better place. His work explores new materials, processes and philosophies. Grounded in the consideration of the world our grandchildren will inherit, the objects he produces tell stories of the lives they have lived and the origins of their materials. A student at Northumbria University studying 3D Design (Furniture and Product Design), has given him the chance to learn and develop a deep understanding of the materials and processes that shape our world. He is hands-on, considered and not afraid to be bold.
